STICKY RICE IN LOTUS LEAF

With chicken. The aroma that came of the lotus leaf, when I opened it, was one of the best assets of this dish. Not something you get every day. The rice was well cooked and seasoned, but I missed something to dip it in, for extra punch. So I dipped it in the pigs trotters sauce. Perfect!
