Custom-made Hakata noodles (tailor-cooked to your preferred texture) in roasted sesame pork bone soup with massive slices (or slabs?) of roasted chashu, white negi (leek), black fungus, bamboo shoots, laver and a thing of homemade spicy house secret sauce. A huge and hearty serving. I may have to skip dinner.
