❤️❤️❤️! Like a freshly home made lemon ricotta cake. Moist, bright & very citrusy combined with a smooth & creamy taste & texture. Philly Federal may actually be better than NYC Doughnut Plant, but I'd have to do a side-by-side taste test to know. They both have such a variety of flavors, it would be difficult.
