I normally think that salmon sushi is so boring that I don’t even order it... but when in Seattle, do as... Seattleites?? Do. 😂😂😂 This salmon is wild-caught, local king salmon... I have never, ever, had salmon nigiri with a texture so incredibly smooth. Flavour was mild... but oooooooh so buttery in mouthfeey!!!!
