Jakobsmuschel | Scallop 'Marian' our lovely sushi chef delighted us with this and was so sweet to my little luch companion not to mention regalling us with food stories.
This by the way just diffused on my tongue into a buttery mass. It was divine. The chillis and Tobiko just added to the wonderful flavours. Wish I had got a shot of him scorching the scallops with his blow torch!
