Edamame might not require tremendous prepration, but we all know it can go horribly wrong. This example is definitely not that! Perfectly steamed, retaining the proper toothfeel of the beans... With the appropriate amount of salt and shichimi (seasoned chili powder). Not enough to be super spicy, but enough to make it interesting. Lovely!
