Not just the only pub in the village, but a good one. 🏆 The chips stood out as a nice balance between soft, almost creamy inside texture, with a crispy outside, better thsn most of what you can find in London. As a Scottish person, the peas were a sigh of relief - I've grown to tolerate mushy peas, but they are just not the same! Scampi was tasty, not incredible or bad.
