Sometimes, the internet tells the truth: these were absolutely divine. Such an interesting crispy exterior reminiscent of a biscuit, but gooey and slightly underbaked on the inside (just how I like it), and just tons of globby puddles of chocolate throughout. This… this is a damn great cookie.
