Visited the flagship Ichiran store in Fukouka, Japan. Loved the options for customissing your own bowl including how cooked the noodles are and extra toppings. This original tonkotsu was out of this world and very well balanced! Not too rich, and a perfect Nitamago egg 👌🏻
