OMG!!!! This is incredible avocado gelato stuffed inside a real avocado skin... the “seed” is a vegan nut butter gelato, made of peanut butter, flax seed, brazil nut, and walnut. The avocado gelato is 60% fresh avocados... and it is GLORIOUS! So fresh, bright, tangy, and intriguing... every bite was fun, right until the end. I’m going to have one of these every week!!!
