Braised lamb shank, sauteed rainbow chard and creamy polenta mascarpone. Really well cooked meat (albeit a little gamey) and very good polenta. This was probably my first time eating rainbow chard and I was surprised how good it was! Their treatment was so flavorful. #dinela
