If you think avocado is buttery enough on its own that it can be labeled avocado butter just by mashing it, get a load of this avocado butter: because I made it even richer and creamier by adding regular butter. Thankfully, the tomato salsa offered a refreshing and sharp counterpoint to all that richness. And it was a great excuse to rid the fridge of a rapidly growing stockpile of sourdough rye.
