LOBSTER SALAD WITH MILLE FEUILLE KATSU

Summer Katsu Treat: Served with Rice, Cabbage and Miso Soup. It was basically egg salad atop katsu (the lobster part was virtually non-existent). I did my best to ignore the hint of boar taint by dousing each piece with the garlicky yakiniku sauce they place on every table.
