I don’t know where to begin... this is slow roast jerk beef cheeks with potatoes, plantains, beans and spring onions, served with coleslaw, poached eggs, and a scotch bonnet hot sauce. Soooooooo moreish and amazing. Best breakfast/brunch hash, EVER!
