A creamy sauce that tastes more watery than cheesy. There is interestingly some lemon peel in the sauce that brings out a uniquely refreshing pop in this, but it's just not enough to make up for soggy sad noodles. The best part was the layer of rubbery caramelized cheese on top, but it was few and far between here to save the rest of the dish.
