This is my favorite of the half dozen. It’s made by @csaffitz, formerly of Bon Appetite, currently on YouTube. It’s a yeast doughnut filled with the freshest tangy lemon curd and enrobed in a vanilla bean glaze, topped with a buttery crumbly lemon poppyseed cookie. What a wonderful experience! I could have one every week.
