Balestier Road Hoover Rojak, Singapore
This rojak was a jumble of green mango, fried dough fritters, fried tofu, jicama, pineapple and cucumber in a treacly sauce with a nice balance of sweet, tangy and savory. I’m not sure I’d stand 40 minutes in line again for it though.
