The bread is butter toasted and the shrimp are giant. The remoulade is spicy and creamy. The lettuce is not great. The coating on the shrimp was too thick and too crunchy. I think they over fried it. However, they were super nice and open the truck a half an hour early for us. $12 for a giant sandwich and a bag of chips. It's a good value but I don't know if I would take a chance on their shrimp again... #granadagrubfest
