This is the name of the dish on the menu but I don’t remember anything diff from the pork belly with eggs dish I had before. The pork belly wasn’t crispy but still delicious. The slice of fresh green apple, chutney and spinach made it a bit more special. It was served on English muffins. Loved it. 😊
