Couldn’t name a cuisine for this place, but everything surprises and satisfies beyond belief. It’s got shiny, garish table cloths & graffiti with heavy metal playing in the background.

Other highlights were the bone marrow pistachio flatbread cut through with pickled onions and the crunchy fried artichoke with an Unami, yeasty, creamy sauce served with chillis.
This isn’t one off the list. The ever changing menu and ongoing curious combos will keep it firmly on there as one to go back to again and again. Loved loved it- really recommend.
