GUINEA FOWL

I am honestly so spoilt in my life when it comes to eating. I have grown up with both my parents smashing the home cooked food so much that for a start I can’t go to a restaurant for a roast dinner because they would beat it X 20 (saying that M&D shall we do a bbq roast this week??) Tonight I was treated to what might as well be described as a tasting menu for not only the incredible food at Theo Randall’s but also all the drinks (by all I mean ALL 🤦🏻♀️). This dish was one of their signature dishes : Wood roasted guinea fowl stuffed with prosciutto di Parma, lemon zest, thyme & mascarpone on a bed of Swiss chard and new season peas 🇮🇹🍴
