it’s basically a scoop of the ice cream of your choice (they have Ube – purple yam, Queso – sweet and salty cheese and Black Buko – coconut with activated charcoal) which is then placed into the centre of a milky soft bun and then toasted. Like a hot ice cream sandwich! We tried the Queso one and it was creamy, cheesy, sweet and salty all at the same time. So good!
