Almost forgot to spot this pop, from Scouts Honor in Waitsfield, who came to Art's Riot Friday Night Food Trucks with their adorable pink VW and mobile ice cream cart. Met these lovely folks last year, while sharing a table over breakfast, at Vergennes Laundry. Still need to make a trip out to their shop, The Sweet Spot, especially since this berry pop was so good!
