🥩 Steak for me is a real rarity... 👀🍴It’s really not. I couldn’t resist the pun. Last night I attended a butchery masterclass at @macellaiorc to learn about the different cuts of meat from the cows sourced from Piedmont, Italy. After preparing a steak tartare and ribeye for us, we were treated to a three course meal courtesy of our butcher Matteo. This ribeye was EXCEPTIONAL. Highly recommend trying the menu if you haven’t already 😊 HUGE cut of meat with a simple seasoning to let the flavour of the meat do the talking. Rare, as always. 👌🏻 #steak #steaks
