I really love a good gourmet pretzel so we ordered it.  It is very large loaded and has a lot of salt with a selection of three different sauces. Since I love pretzels and mustard I, of course, got the mustard. We tried to figure out what else to get since you have the choice of three sauces. We also chose bell sauce which has red bell pepper and cream cheese. We also got a Mornay sauce because my wife loves it.  When the pretzel arrived I found that the mustard actually has relish in it which wasn't advertised. As someone who does not like pickles I found this objectionable so I asked them if they had any mustard without relish in it. They said no.  Apparently they are shipped whole grain mustard which they immediately mix with relish and so there is no relish-free mustard in the restaurant. So if you want mustard with your pretzel you're out of luck.
