Beyond Meat patty, vegan cheddar cheese, vegan roasted garlic aioli, smoked tomato ketchup, pickled red onion and lettuce burger, served with a side of chips and a gherkin. This was probably one of the craziest vegan burgers I have tried. Their Beyond Meat patty tastes practically identical to a regular beef patty, although the texture is slightly different (the Beyond Meat is a little bit more chewy), but I probably would not have been able to tell the difference if someone told me this was a beef burger.
