Fresh mozzarella that's soft, tender, and creamy because it was hand pulled. A side of delicious restaurant-grown heirloom tomatoes were ordered to complement the mozzarella. Served with grilled & garlic rubbed bruschetta, olive oil, sea salt, fresh cracked pepper. Must order this again! 😋
