Remember the sprinkling of blueberries from that summer fruit galette? As with the strawberries, I bought way too many and since I really didn’t feel like using them in somemore baked goods, I used them towards spicy BBQ sauce for pulled chicken! Paired it with a sort of Tony Roma’s-inspired coleslaw (subbed white wine vinegar for actual vinegar) and them addictive sweet corn cakes!
