Smoked gouda grits and conecuh collards piled high with pork belly and fried chicken. Drizzled with smoky bourbon chipotle + AL white bbq and served with hoe cakes. This was so delicious and the portions were huge my friend had to help me finish it. The grits and greens were perfectly seasoned and the crispy chicken gave it that perfect crunchy texture.
