Free range pork coming from incredibly happy little pigs who are allowed to run free, eat snails and worms if they like, fed a balanced diet of fresh veggies and enjoy a nice life before coming to the table. This chop was easily the size of a man's hand, 3 inches tall and so succulent and juicy that you probably wouldn't attempt to eat even half of those amazing braised carrots on the plate with it.
