The hype is real... this is the pasta that launched a thousand ships. Moreish, dreamy, tangy, bright, toothy... the addition of bone marrow adds an ethereal unctuousness to this plate of perfection. Not a simple pasta - complex but still perfect. And yes, I DID get on a plane for this one. 😂😂😂
