So sad to report that there will be no shot of the 4th course - dessert. Instead let's distract ourselves with the beefy glory of course #3 - Roast Beast (served with minty peas and chocolate ziti with preiselbeeren sauce - sadly also not pictured. What can we say... we were too busy drinking and figuring out who murdered Tweedle Dee!!). This beef was over the top delicious and tender... a total winner with the guests (except the one veggie who got extra portions of peas and pasta!).
