Valrhona chocolate cake doughnut sprinkled with rose infused sugar crystals. A pleasant fudgy, fluffy chocolate cake. I only tasted the Rose when I ate an individual rose sugar crystal. I worked way too hard to get this, so I’m a little disappointed. The first time I came home from the shop & opened the bag, I saw they put in the wrong doughnut. It took numerous phone calls & a 4 mile r/t walk to finally get the complimentary replacements. I thought the flavors would be more intense. A Valentine’s month special.
