Had to get rid of the apple cider in the fridge and so these materialized: via an overnight proof in the fridge, MacGyvering around with a cookie cutter and a milk bottle, a second proof an mand 15 minutes in the oven. They were fluffy but a tad dense for my liking. Less flour next time I think? 🤔
