This is admittedly an unappealing photo in a #takeaway box; the pie tasted better than this looks. Apple with additional Apple and another layer of Apple. Were there other ingredients? Possibly? I think pastry was involved. I saw a hint of a jelly/glaze but my eating experience was akin to eating an entire slice and stewed apple. I’m not saying it was bad, just perhaps a bit samey.
