I've never thought of flan as anything special and rarely order it, but the team at Publico elevate all of their food to an amazingly delicious degree so I took a chance. I was not disappointed. I wish all flan tasted like this!! Vanilla, brown sugar, Rioja spiced chocolate & whipped crema.
