TRUFFLE AND PARMESAN CHIPS WITH AIOLI

Crispy on the outside and soft in the middle, moreish. Not bad.
Note about if this is vegetarian: I am pescatarian and am a little bit lazy about checking things sometimes; if you're a stricter veggie(or with one) then best to check the type of parmesan they use and what they fry in as I couldn't say for certain.
