Penne pasta with #chicken breast strips, #pepperoni, streaky #bacon, rocket and #Neapolitan sauce, topped with fresh thyme and a crunchy cheese crumb. It was really nice but although it was in an oven type dish that was hot it did not seem to have been in the oven as the topping etc was not baked!
