Have eaten plenty of amazing street food this year and Sugoi is definitely one of them. Who knew nori (edible seaweed) and taco would work together? Sugoi does amazing NORITACO which is crispy seaweed tempura shell with a Japanese-Latin fusion filling. My favorite is RUMBA and CHINGON. Ramba comes with salmon, crab stick, mayo, masago and bubuarare while Chingon comes with tuna, salmon, kimchee and lettuce. Fresh toppings with big portion of rice. One will fill up a normal person nicely, defo don't recommend eating 4 like me, especially if you have dinner less than an hour later. One of my favourite street food this year and will defo come back many times!
