I mean, you see something that bizarre on the menu, you have to try it - right?? I dont know what I was expecting flavour-wise, but honestly it tasted like steamed milk. A babyccino. This is basically an expensive, blue, babyccino. I presume the cost is due to the magical superfood properties of the algae. I’ll let you know if I notice any superpowers.
