Love the crunchy sea salt. The caramel adds a sweet, buttery richness. It’s made with a yeast dough. They say it it is a brioche-like recipe. I say it is pillowy & fresh & humongous! I tried to save 1/2. Then I tried to save a quarter. Then I figured it wouldn’t stay fresh for long, so...poof!
