Crispy biscuits, fresh ricotta, raw honey, almond, strawberries. The biscuits are fried. They have an orange taste to them. My husband thought they were ok but I really enjoyed them. We HATE ricotta, so much, so it was shocking to us that we all really liked the fresh ricotta in this! It was creamy and paired well with the biscuits. The raisins were plump and juicy. Glad we tried this 🙂
