A good and modernized version of Barbacoa Pork Tacos. You can build your own tacos by choosing the toppings, I choose tomato salsa, pickled onions, coriander and lime-mayo sauce. Quite ok tacos, but become very messy to eat as the tortilla is super thin to support their very liquid toppings 😬
