GARLIC HERB CHICKEN, UNDER A BRICK

Parmesan shavings and capers add a nice burst of flavor, but I must admit certain spots of the chicken breasts edges were a bit dry. Most of it was moist though. Wonderful mix of greens, & I liked the green tomatoes for a little sour note. Nice healthy lunch option.
