Delicious SUCKER An amazing last meal at CAR.PA TAPAS BAR located in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote, this beautiful Tapas bar offers multiple delicious and authentic Spanish dishes along with some Canadian delights. The main dish of the evening was a beautiful grille octopus accompanied by fluffy potatoes. The flavour of the octopus had the undertones of the fishy and briny Octopus that some may like, yet the overall flavour was a charred, grilled and Smokey flavour that had infused itself within the tender octopus. My personal favourite part would be the crispy, crunchy grilled Tentacle ends that had the texture of an Octopus crisp. Overall the whole dish was enhanced with the sprinkles of salt that really would make any seafood lover want to go back for more. A really delicious find for me in the lovely town of Playa Blanca and will definitely be heading back once I return, had a lovely time and hope you do too.
