Spaghetti with vegan bacon, white sauce with vegan egg alternative and topped with a sundried tomato crouton. The sauce was quite heavy which I think made it a bit too much for me, but it was surprisingly creamy for a sauce with no actual cream in it! The vegan bacon was nice, although it didn’t have a very similar texture to actual bacon. The sundried tomato crouton, however, was to DIE for!
