Melted Manchego cheese. This was a disappointment because the cheese was like rubber. You couldn't dip in it...you had to cut it. It came with tortillas so we just placed it on them, but we couldn't use chips in it. Also, the chorizo was overcooked. This must have been sitting around too long.
