With parmesan, warm bacon Vinaigrette and a poached egg. 1st of all, I am not a big fan of Brussel sprouts. The bacon Vinaigrette was so delicious that it offset the flavor of the sprouts. When I got leaves that were loose with that sauce, it was very good. Although intriguing, the poached egg didn't really do anything for the dish.
