Ravioli @ Via Emilia by FOOD ROOTS
RAVIOLI
Via Emilia by FOOD ROOTS, London
One of the best things about working in an office full of men is that there are so many people to go to lunch with👸🏻. Today we tried Via Emilia which is the second offering from Food Roots. This time, an intimate 40-cover restaurant off Hoxton Square that focuses on food and wine from the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy. Because I am oh so greedy and I LOVE ALL THE PASTA we shared quite a few yummy dishes. This dish was the ‘Hat-shaped Ravioli filled with slowly cooked butternut squash and Parmesan cheese with a butter and sage dressing’. 🇮🇹 🍝 🍴
