新名古屋封肉.肉骨茶, Jenjarom
In Jenjarom, a largely Hokkien township where the British displaced the ancestors of the current Chinese population in a new settlement called New Village to keep them from the influence of the Malayan Communist Party back in the 50's. This is a Hokkien dish: Braised pork with aromatic spices. Very flavorful. The best dish among the rest IMO.
